Harry Kane is finally gearing up for the new season as the England striker returned to Bayern Munich training.

The striker was given an extended break after his role in England reaching the Euro 2024 final, where they lost 2-1 to Spain. Kane, who turned 31 at the end of last month, was welcomed back to Bayern's training ground and was seen working out on his own.

Asked how he's feeling, the striker told club media: "I'm good. Nice break and I'm ready to go. Good time with the family, bit of golf, good sunshine. So, I'm happy."
He added on his expectations for the coming weeks: "Some tough training, getting back into it, but the season starts soon so I'm ready to go."
Asked what he hopes to happen this season he said he wants to "score more goals and of course win some trophies."

Kane was not the only Bayern star to make a late return to the club this week, as Canada full-back Alphonso Davies was also training individually for the first time after being given time off following his Copa America campaign.
