da bet7k： Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has lavished praise on former Real Madrid teammate Cristiano Ronaldo, claiming that the Portuguese was ‘always hungry for success’.

Ozil has claimed that Ronaldo would be “the first in the dressing room and the last to leave”, and has insisted that the number seven deserves all of his success for everything that he puts into the sport.
Ozil told Arsenal Player:
“His ambition, how hungry for success he is, as a player, you’re always quite similar. You want to be successful, you want to bring your best and what fascinated me about him was how professional he was. He’d be the first in the dressing room and the last to leave.
“He’s a grounded guy who is very ambitious, who always gives his best for himself and for the team. What I admired about him was how hungry for success he is.
“He’s not somebody who when he achieves something, thinks ‘OK I can stop now, or I can go easy’. It’s the opposite. He always wants to be more successful – he wants to defend titles and I admired that.”
Ronaldo helped Real Madrid land their first La Liga title since 2012 during the 2016-17 campaign, while he scored twice in Saturday night’s Champions League final against Juventus as Los Blancos retained the crown courtesy of a 4-1 success.
Ozil, on the other hand, has won three FA Cup trophies since arriving at the Emirates Stadium. The German’s current deal at the Emirates Stadium, however, will expire in the summer of 2018.
