da bwin： Lots of Charlton fans have taken to Twitter to heap praise on Deji Oshilaja after the right-back turned in an excellent performance in the 1-1 draw against Nottingham Forest on Wednesday evening.
The 26-year-old was starting at right-back against Forest ahead of Chris Solly, and did his chances of retaining the shirt no harm with an excellent performance – the Addicks were just 12 minutes from another win but for Albert Adomah’s equaliser.
Oshilaja made a game-high four tackles against the Reds, as well as two clearances – Lee Bowyer’s men were unlucky not to keep a clean sheet.
The 5 foot 11 defender was also fortunate not to be badly injured following a brutal challenge from Sammy Ameobi, which really should’ve seen the former Newcastle forward sent off – luckily, no serious harm was done to the impressive Oshilaja.
