da prosport bet: Leeds United struggled to get past Reading on Tuesday evening as the Whites had to wait until the 87th minute to break the deadlock against the Royals at the Madejski Stadium.
The Yorkshire club seemingly had trouble creating things going forward, and that may be partially down to the system that Bielsa was using.
The Argentine lined up with a 3-3-1-3 formation that left the Whites struggling to break down the Reading backline due to the lack of fluidity and numbers going forward.

Patrick Bamford was left rather isolated up top as he had just 31 touches and failed to get any shots on target, but perhaps Bielsa could commit to a more attacking system due to the fact that he can rely on the players he has at the back to do the jobs of two men.
Ben White and Kalvin Phillips are two of the best defensive players in the Championship as they’ve both been linked with huge Premier League moves in recent weeks, and due to the fact that they’re so supremely talented, Bielsa may be able to move towards a more attacking system.
Now, we’re not saying that Bielsa should move to a two at the back formation as that isn’t likely to work.

However, he could go with more of a 3-2-2-3 with an extra attacking midfielder or a 3-2-1-4 with another striker with one less central midfielder in the squad.
Phillips has the talent to be able to pick up the extra creative responsibilities as he averages two key passes per game and White has the talent to pick up the defensive responsibility left behind by the 23-year-old moving further forward in the midfield as his quality has seen one pundit say he’s just as good as John Stones.
This could open up the chance to use Tyler Roberts, Pablo Hernandez and Helder Costa on the same pitch or it could allow Bielsa to start Bamford and Eddie Nketiah together for the first time.
In other news, Leeds fans have been drooling over one academy prospect after footage of him was released earlier this week.
